观察耳压配合弹拨治疗儿童假性近视的疗效.取两组耳穴,第一组目1、目2、肝、神门;第二组脑点、眼、降压沟、颈椎,用王不留行籽贴压.然后弹拔颈椎,做前后环形运动.结果35例中,45只患眼,总有效率为97.8﹪.提示本疗法疗效显著.<br/> To observe the therapeutic effect of treating pseudomyopia in children by auricular point sticking plus plucking manipulation. Two groups of auricular points were selected. There were Eye 1 (MA-L), Eye 2(MA-L), Liver (MA-SC 5) and Er Shenmen (MA-TF 1) in the first group and Central rim (MA-AT), Eye(MA-L 1), Superior Triangular Fossa (MA-TF) and Cervical Vertebrae (MA-AH 8)points. Then the cervical vertebrae were plucked and moved fore-and-aft circlewise. The result showed that among 45 affected eyes of the 35 cases, the total effective rate was 97.8﹪, which indicated the therapeutic effect was remarkable.
针刺患侧睛明穴,双侧合谷穴和风池穴,然后双眼球做环行运动,矫正青少年假性近视24例,共42只患眼,经治疗痊愈32只眼,显效6只眼,有效2只眼,无效2只眼,总有效率95.2﹪.<br/> Twenty-four cases of juvenile pseudomyopia were corrected by puncturing Jingming (BL1)on the affected side, Hegu (LI 4) and Fengchi (GB 20) on the both side, and then moving both eyeballs in a rotary route. After 42 affected eyes were treated, 32 eyes were cured, 6 eyes were markedly effective, 2 eyes were improved, 2 eyes were ineffective and the total effective rate was 95.2﹪.
目的:观察推拿结合温针等治疗方法对髌骨软化症的疗效.方法:采用随机分组的方法将72例髌骨软化症患者分为观察组和对照组,分别采用推拿结合温针和单纯药物治疗.结果:观察组的有效率为83.3﹪,对照组的有效率为56.7﹪,两组疗效有显著差异(P＜0.01).结论:推拿结合温针治疗治疗髌骨软化症疗效优于单纯药物治疗.<br/> Purpose: To investigate the efficacy ofmassotherapy plus warming acupuncture for treatment of patellar malacia. Methods: Seventy-two patients with patellar malacia were randomly divided into observation and control groups, treated by massotherapy plus warming acupuncture and simple medication, respectively. Results: The effective rate was 83.3﹪ in the observation group and 56.7﹪ in the control group. There was a significant difference in curative effect between the two groups (P＜0.01). Conclusion: The curative effect of massotherapy plus warming acupuncture on patellar malacia is superior to that of simple medication.
取中脘,天枢,足三里,上巨虚,大肠俞和神阙为主穴,并根据辨证论治配合相应穴位,治疗38例慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎患者,结果临床痊愈18例,临床有效15例,无效5例.治疗次数最多者46次,最少者25次.<br/> The main acupoints ofZhongwan (CV 12), Tianshu (ST 25), Zusanli (ST 36), Shangjuxu (ST 37), Dachangshu (BL 25) and Shenque (CV 8), in combination with the corresponding acupoints based on the syndrome differentiation, were selected to treat 28 cases of chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis, the result showed clinical cure in 18 cases, clinical effect in 15 cases, failure in 5 cases. The most treatment times were 46, and the least 25.
为探讨按摩手法复位治疗小儿髋关节半脱位的临床疗效.采用按摩手法复位治疗髋关节半脱位患儿67例.治愈62例,好转5例,总有效率100﹪.按摩手法复位是治疗小儿髋关节半脱位的有效方法.<br/> To investigate the clinical efficacy of massage manipulation reposition for treatment of child hip-joint semiluxation, sixty-seven cases of child hip-joint semiluxation were treated by massage manipulation reposition. Sixty-two cases were cured and 5 cases improved. The total effective rate was 100﹪. Massage manipulation reposition is an effective method for treating child hip-joint semiluxation.
应用运内八卦,摩腹揉脐,分推腹阴阳,按揉足三里穴,捏脊等推拿手法治疗78例小儿厌食患者,结果治愈48例,好转27例,未愈3例.总有效率96.1﹪.<br/> Seventy-eight children with anorexia were treated by circling Neibagua, rubbing abdomen and kneading navel, parting-pushing Fuyinyang, pressing Zusanli (ST 36) and pinching spine. Results showed cure in 48 cases, improvement in 27 cases and failure in 3 cases, with a total effective rate of 96.1﹪.
采用针刺和电耳针相结合的方法治疗气滞血瘀型痛经38例,取得良好疗效,有效率达974﹪.<br/> The authors adopted acupuncture plus auricular electro-acupuncture to treat 38 cases of dysmenorrhea belonging to qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern, the better therapeutic effect was achieved, with the effective rate of 97.4﹪.
首先推拿阑门、建里、中脘、天枢、气海、关元和中极等穴,然后用掌根在脊柱和脊柱两侧自上而下按揉,最后双手拇指和食指捏起皮肤,自长强穴起,沿督脉向上提捏至大椎穴.采用本法治疗89例小儿遗尿患者,经1～3个疗程治疗后,痊愈54例,好转32例,无效3例,有效率为96.6﹪.<br/> First, Tuina is applied on Lanmen (Extra point), Jianli (CV 11), Zhongwan (CV 12), Tianshu (ST 25), Qihai (CV 6), Guanyuan (CV 4) and Zhongji (CV 3). Then the spinal column and two sides of the spine are pressed and kneaded with the palm root downward, and finally the skin is pinched with the thumb and index finger of the two hands, along the Governor Vessel from Changqiang (GV 1) to Dazhui (DV 14). Eighty-nine cases of infantile enuresis were treated by this method. After 1-3 courses of the treatments, the results showed cure in 54 cases, improvement in 32 cases and failure in 3 cases,and the total effective rate in 96.6﹪.
将500例小儿肌性斜颈患者分为卵圆形肿块,条索形肿块和非肿块型,采用点摩法、按揉法、弹拨捻转法、拨伸旋转法和扳拉法等推拿手法治疗,并根据不同证型予以相应手法.治疗时间最短者20 d,最长者120 d,总有效率99.4﹪.<br/> After classified into ovary mass pattern, cord-like mass pattern and non-mass pattern, 500 cases of the patients sick with infantile torticollis were treated by Tuina manipulations of pressing and rubbing method, pressing and kneading method, plucking and twisting method, extending and rotating method and the pulling method, with the corresponding manual techniques upon different pattern. The treatment ranged from 20 days to 120 days and the total effective rate was 99.4﹪.
