The Patient, male, 60, came For Treatment On July 25, 2003 With The Following Complaints: The Muscular Atrophy Of The Right Lower Limb, 7-year Weakness In Micturition And Worsened In The Last One Month. The MRI On His Lumbar-sacrum Showed A Widened Sacral Canal, a Comparatively Thick And Long Terminal Filum In The Base With 2.9-4.9 Mm In Diameter, which Closely Attached To The Posterior Wall Of The Canal With Slightly Thickened Lower End.
